Academy programmes are taught by people who do the work: senior operators from the Agcoms group's dealership, workshop, fleet and farm businesses, a vetted network of industry facilitators, and guest faculty from banking and development finance.

How our faculty is built

  • Vetted facilitator network: independent industry facilitators selected for both expertise and teaching craft, on standard Academy terms

  • Every course is led by a named lead facilitator accountable for its quality gate
